Here are some great, low-calorie, high-protein snack ideas that are so easy even I can make them 😉

  • Use a packet of sugar free vanilla instant pudding and mix it with a small container of Dannon Light and Fit yogurt for an easy and delicious berry dip! Try it at a BBQ or as a dessert.
  • Try mixing non-fat plain Greek yogurt with a packet of ranch seasoning for a delicious veggie dip. Serve with sliced celery or cucumbers.

 

  • Last but certainly not least, mix one part peanut butter with three parts Philadelphia Whips cream cheese and sweeten to taste with either Stevia or Splenda. Serve with sliced pears or apples for dipping. This decadent dip will satisfy your sweet tooth and won’t destroy your summertime fitness and nutrition goals.
