So where do we begin? You can start your journey by coming in for a free consultation and body analysis. From there, we’ll discuss your current lifestyle, diet, and workout regime. A lot of our clients come to us with minimal knowledge of how to get where they want to be. That’s what our certified personal trainers and registered dietitians are here for! They have all the insight and know-how to help you train and nourish your body in an entirely sustainable way. With a better understanding of where you’re currently at and where you’d like to be, we can create a personalized timeline that outlines your specific goals.

A sustainable way to live. Our nutrition plans are all about sustainable eating—the way you’ll eat for the rest of your life. We don’t do crash diets. We teach you how to keep up with good habits to achieve desired results even when we’re not around. Our exercise routines are not extreme. We start with your ability and experience and progress over time.
Customizable Plan
Modify week-to-week. Going into a planned group program can be intimidating. Everyone’s unique, and where some nutrition and exercise plans could work for you, other’s might be too stale or even dangerous. Your plan should reflect your individuality. By creating a plan that’s built specifically for you, we can be sure you’re getting just what you need to get results. Your plan will also be modified week-to-week so you’re only on that plan seven days at a time. There’s nothing worse than doing the same workout for months at a time. By giving you variety, your body will thank you and so will your mind.
Confidence to do it right. Many people come into our program with the fear that they won’t be able to do the work. Our program is built around you. You can feel confident that, no matter your limitations, you’ll only be doing what you can. Progression is what this program is about. By simply doing more than you are doing right now, you’re on your way to reach your goals. At Total Health and Fitness, we want you to leave us with the confidence on how to safely perform exercises on your own. With the help of your certified personal trainer, you’ll know exactly how to perform each exercise during one-on-one sessions.
Adjusting to what’s available to you. Have you ever watched a video on a specific machine exercise only to forget how to properly perform it right as you hit the gym floor? We want you to feel in total control when you’re not exercising in our private gym. Your personal trainer will show you every exercise on your customized workout plan on the same equipment that is available to you at home or your regular gym. Knowing how to exercise correctly will optimize your personal performance and gain results while working out on your own.
If you’re on a tight schedule. No worries! We understand you have a busy life with a tight schedule. We’re here to help you fit your workouts into whatever time you have. Our programs are fully customizable to your schedule. We can even create plans that work within spaces outside of our facility. Whether it’s at home, the office, or a vacation hotel room, we’re here to help you make it happen.
